Hello! We’d like to welcome you to Decoder Way! As a counselor and teacher, we have worked with so many children and teens over the years. We noticed a common theme, which has motivated us to write the DECODER books. This series of books focuses on common challenges children have in school, at home, in their neighborhoods, among their friends, on teams, and in other groups to which they belong.

Our first book, The DECODERs' First Adventure: A Flight of Greed and Glory, introduces 7 young pre-teens who meet at a desert space camp. As these sleuths become involved in a series of strange events, the 7 DECODERs realize they have used very specific skills to solve the mystery of a missing pilot. Their process is the DECODER Way©.

You, too, can become a DECODER and use this wonderful solution finding process to help solve some of your own life problems. The DECODER Way will also help you as you set goals for yourself. Maybe by using the DECODER Way, you will make your dreams come true!
